

Brock is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Lowcountry Capital Partners. His current responsibilities with LCP cover all aspects of the transaction process, from origination to execution, for merger and acquisition and private financing transactions.
He has ultimately spent his entire professional career assisting entrepreneurs in realizing their personal and professional goals and objectives through high finance. Before co-founding Lowcountry Capital Partners, he served as Vice President of ICG Capital Securities for over six years and on over 60 transactions. While at ICG, he primarily represented buyers and sellers of companies in the lower middle market (transactions ranging in value from $5.00M to $150.00M across numerous sectors). In addition to buy-side and sell-side representation, he placed private debt and equity securities for middle-market companies involved in growth capital financing, leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalization, and corporate restructuring. Prior to ICG, he spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Allen C. Ewing & CO.
Born in Savannah and raised in the Lowcountry, Brock attended and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.
Brock holds his SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 FINRA licensures.

Nicolas is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Lowcountry Capital Partners. His current responsibilities with LCP cover all aspects of the transaction process, from origination to execution, for merger and acquisition and private financing transactions.
Before co-founding Lowcountry Capital Partners, he spent three years as an Investment Banking Associate at ICG Capital Securities, a lower-middle-market investment banking boutique focused on sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory across all industries. While at ICG, he worked on all aspects of transactions from start to finish. Before his tenure at ICG, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Davidson Capital Advisors.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Nicolas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis, magna cum laude, from Lander University. At Lander, he was a part of the Lander University Honor College, a Varsity Baseball Letterman, and held the role of President for the Lander Professional Business Society and the Blue Key Honor Society: Lander Chapter.
Nicolas currently holds his SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 FINRA licensures.
